The user manual is a PDF file (2.5MB in size):

1. Click "Link A" below (use "Link B" if "Link A" fails)

2. Once the PDF has fully downloaded, SAVE it to your hard disk
   (click "File" from the top left menu >>> "Save a Copy")

Link A: Download from the Russian manufacturer Dominika Ltd - they might have a more recent version
